  Amazing architecture from an original building that was first mentioned in 1444 😱 Food was solid Swiss 🇨🇭and or Bavarian fare with a nice selection of local draft beers. Affordable by Zurich standards but the ambiance and incredible interior is what you come for. Service was good and polite! Enjoyed liver and onions with Rosti (shredded and friend potato) what we’d call hash browns in America. the liver was delicious and cooked to perfection!!!!! Great place to visit for showing in town guests around and introducing them to traditional Swiss food.

  We really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. Food was tasty. The best thing is the ambience / atmosphere; this is a lovely place with a nice history. I think it is one of the very few places(if not the only one) that has kept the decoration unchanged.
