Very cool restaurant located in the heart of Zurich, in an old munitions factory. Lots of cool memorabilia on the walls, artillery pieces and anti aircraft cannons displayed as well. We had the weinershnitzel and the bratwurst with spatzel. The meats were delicious and cooked perfectly. They also have a house lager that pairs well with everything. For desert get the home made apple strudel, you won't be dissapointed. It does get busy so make reservations if you go later than 5pm.

The food was excellent—high-quality, hearty dishes that hit the spot—and their in-house beer is top-tier and well worth a try. While it is clearly a popular spot for tourists and designed to cater to a global crowd, that shouldn't put you off. It manages to maintain a genuine sense of tradition without feeling like a "trap." Whether you're a visitor or just looking for a solid Swiss meal, the quality of the food and the unique setting make it a brilliant experience. Highly recommended!
