  I just had a very disappointing meal for the second time in a row so I thought I’d share my thoughts. I feel like the quality has really fallen off of a cliff. My chicken was not that warm, quite dry and not really sauced in that well. My fries were basically cold. I watched the same person working the register make my food so I guess it’s already precooked and now it just feels like they’ve focused on fast food rather than quality. If it were one time I’d give them a pass but two in a row is very disappointing especially when I could have spent the same money had had high quality food freshly prepared at either San Gennaro or at Action Burger. Such a shame it used to be pretty good. I was there at around 17:00 March 1st.

  I like atmosphere of the place especially the mood created by the art all around the restaurant. The food is mostly a hit but I tried a different chicken style but it turned out to be a miss. The staff is usually very friendly too.
