From the first bite, the experience at Weisses Rössli took our breath away. The dishes were nothing short of exquisite — the best we’ve eaten this year, and genuinely one of the most memorable meals we’ve had anywhere. Our little group was composed of seasoned travellers with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across the world — yet this elegant Zurich townhouse delivers at that level and more. The restaurant pairs French-Mediterranean refinement with Swiss precision, embracing seasonal produce and artisanal care in every dish. I would wholeheartedly recommend Weisses Rössli to anyone seeking a refined yet unassuming culinary gem in Zürich. Huge thanks to the team for turning a cold November day into an unforgettable memory.
