  Lovely atmosphere and laptop free zone for lunch. The products? Not to my taste. The pie was dry and did not have anything special. The customer service? Rolling their eyes 🙄

  I’ve visited this café several times because the coffee is genuinely very good. Their flat white is one of my favorites, and the place itself has a nice atmosphere calm, stylish, and perfect to sit and enjoy a drink. However, what has consistently disappointed me is the customer service. Every time I order my flat white to have here, it’s served in a takeaway cup. It might seem like a small detail, but when it keeps happening along with a vibe that feels a bit unfriendly it really affects the overall experience. It’s a shame, because the product is excellent and the space invites you to stay. I hope they can improve those small gestures toward their customers, because they make all the difference between a café you look forward to returning to… and one where you eventually stop feeling welcome. They have great potential I’d love to see the service match the quality of the coffee. ☕✨
