  I used to get coffee here every now and then but over the last couple of months the quality dropped significantly. Today I ordered cappuccino decaf and I couldn't finish it because it was very sour, I had to spit it out back into the cup. Such a shame and waste of money. I doubt I'll go back for coffee here again. In 2019 the quality was much better.

  Rude service. Ignored by barista despite queuing at an open till where they’d just served a customer, then quite rudely told to queue at other till. Some staff have attitude issues. Card machine has 5 (!) pre-selected tip options. This is not part of Swiss culture, can’t they adjust the software?
