  Just visited Etre in Zurich and I definitely recommend making a reservation on weekends, it gets busy for a reason. They have an excellent selection of both savoury and sweet dishes, always with a creative twist. I had the French toast, which was divine. It had a crème brûlée top and that was honestly the highlight for me. My friend got the tiramisu pancakes… basically dessert for breakfast. They were so fluffy, they basically had the consistency of the Japanese soufflé pancakes. I’d 100% come back, especially to try their pastries next time. I didn’t get the chance this visit, but they literally looked like little pieces of art!

  Best brunch in Zurich. The brunch is absolutely delicious (Reuben sandwich highly recommended), the pastries are brought straight from heaven, the coffee is incredible and the staff is incredibly kind, energetic and welcoming. You always leave the place with a big smile on your face because of how good the experience is 🙌🏼
