  Food was decent, price not low. But, what irrated me is that the cashier is automatically charging additional 10% for tips! Funny thing is you have to order at the counter and pick up the food yourself. So, no reason for a tip. Worst scheme I have ever encountered. Even in USA, I was never automatically charged tipping without my specific consent.

  The worst Katsudon in my entire life!!! Paid 24 swiss franc 1. This Katsudon is undoubtedly pre-made! Meaning, they took it out from the fridge and heated with microwave. You can fool this food perhaps with Swiss people. 2. The rice itself is also an big issue. Totally unhappy for this kind of rice quality??! 3. The sauce was too salty. Maybe not for the locals but I'm sure you need water afterwards. I haven't been to Switzerland for more than 10 years and this meal ruined my trip!
