  I visited Tales Bar and had a really lovely experience. We came for the first time. The bar was already quite full and we didn‘t make any reservations. When we walked in, Mark greeted us, showed us the last two available seats on the stools along the wall & introduced himself. He was super friendly and attentive! That kind of customer service really adds so much to the atmosphere of a place. The bar itself has a very dark, intimate atmosphere that gives it a romantic vibe. For us it was maybe a little too dark, but that’s of course a matter of personal taste. A little later, Mark came back and told us that a table with a sofa had just become free. He cleaned it for us and invited us to move there & honestly, it turned out to be the best seat in the bar! Another staff member, Michel, brought our drinks and even commented that we had gotten the best spot, which made the whole experience even nicer. I normally don’t drink cocktails or mocktails, but that evening I decided to try a mocktail called "Mrs. Lee" & it was excellent! Nicely sparkling, refreshing and very flavorful. Great atmosphere, genuinely kind service & a mocktail I’ll definitely come back for. I’ll return here again. Thank you for the service! ✨🍸
