  Street Smash Burger at Globus Zurich: simple, focused, excellent The Street Smash Burger counter at the Globus in Zurich is outstanding, easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in town. The concept is very focused: basically burgers and fries (including a truffle fries option). No oversized menu — just a few items done really well. I had the cheeseburger, which comes with two perfectly smashed and well-cooked patties plus extra cheese (three slices total), lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and a very good bun. Everything is freshly prepared and ready in about 4 minutes. Quality, speed, and consistency are impressive. A great example of how a small, specialized concept can outperform bigger menus. Would love to see more places like this, compact, focused, and high quality.

  One of the best smashburger (if not the best) in Zürich. Could be even one of the best in Europe! Tastes amazing, perfectly smashed, great sauces and pickles - simply a 10/10
