  I am a recurrent client of Storchen smoking lounge, definitely a must for the city of Zurich. Great selection of cigars (cubans, new world, including some Honduras gems as Leaf by Oscar). I also appreciate the drink offering and great service. I cannot put 5 stars overall as ventilation, which is a must in a cigar lounge, is still rudimental and can become a limit for employees and especially clients when the bar is busier. A staple hotel like Storchen cannot fail at this very basics. Hopefully they will solve this soon

  From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the service was truly outstanding, and the attention to detail was amazing. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more memorable. The vibe was elegant yet welcoming, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
