Authentic cuisine. The chef Simon came to welcome the guest himself. Very honored to visit and experience the hospitality here.

First time visit yesterday. My first impression of the menu was very favourable - distinctly different from the Chinese restaurants in Zurich. And while I'm not that much of a Taiwan expert (despite my parents coming from there: Mom only learned to cook after coming to Switzerland. And no Asian groceries anywhere at that time.), I did glimpse quite a few Taiwan favorites.
The San Bei (3 cups) chicken was absolutely delicious and I had a field time with the night market sausage. A slice of sausage and a slice of raw garlic - very fond childhood memory of having had that with Dad once.
Unfortunately my company balked at duck blood, so I couldn't order some of the other dishes I was interested in. (eg. MaLa Stinky Tofu)
The pork belly alas was fatty to Swiss standards. Not very, in other words 😢 Still, it was 😋 (forgot to take pic)
Absolutely had to have the century egg (which ofc isn't really a century old). Maybe an acquired taste, but a delicacy for Chinese.
Had more, but think these were the most Taiwanese choices. 👌😋
Oh, not to forget the friendly staff! Simon, too, came to exchange a few words and remembered me from the previous restaurant I'd frequented 😃and was happy to welcome us to his place. Absolutely not our last visit 🙌
PS: they offer Hot Pot and on Sundays Karaoke.
