  Had such a special evening at SHIN. The atmosphere is intimate and calm, and because there are only a few seats, it really feels like a unique experience. The tasting menu was beautifully put together, every dish looked stunning and tasted even better. You can really tell how much care and precision goes into the food. The seafood courses especially stood out. Service was warm and attentive without being too formal. Definitely a place I’d return to for a special night out in Zürich.

  Highest recommendation! My husband and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this restaurant. The moment we walked in, we had to wait a little as we were too early but we were warmly welcomed and started with a festive glass. The menu was truly exceptional, so much quality, taste and care making every dish and experience on its own, beautifully presented and full of rich and refined flavors. Absolutely delicious! It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their work!! The menu offered an impressive variety of dishes that kept surprising and complemented one another perfectly. We paired it with a wonderful Burgundy making it a truly memorable evening. The service was equally remarkable, very personal and the hostess Lynn really took the time for us to explain also the philosophy with seasonal ingredients. Next trip we will be back for sure!
