A delicious meal. Very rare to find a sardine dish like the hamsi. The whole fish was perfectly seasoned and cooked.

Restaurant Valentin’s is a warm and welcoming spot that blends Turkish and Italian influences in a way that feels both familiar and a little different. We went for a simple dinner and ordered the Margherita Pizza along with the Hamsi. The pizza was exactly what you’d hope for: thin, flavorful, and comforting. The Hamsi, which is fried anchovies, was a nice surprise. It was crispy, light, and paired well with the pizza, making the meal feel balanced and satisfying.
What really stood out though was the atmosphere. The owner or manager (hard to tell which, but definitely in charge) was incredibly accommodating and friendly. You get the sense that they genuinely care about making sure guests enjoy themselves. That kind of hospitality makes a big difference and adds to the overall experience. The space itself is casual and relaxed, the kind of place where you can linger over your food without feeling rushed. It’s not trying to be overly fancy, which I appreciated. Instead, it’s about good food, good service, and a comfortable vibe. If you’re in the mood for something hearty and approachable, Valentin’s is a great choice.
