Top location, 5 min waiting (in my case), nice coffee (affordable Zürich prices, 6.5 chf for filtered coffee, a piece of cake was tasty and huge), the barista was nice, but manager behaved quite arrogant.

Very good coffee but the waiting time, well the efficiency and speed of the staff is horrible!
