  The location of the hotel is good. However, the rooms have wash basin inside and very near to the bed! This was wierd about the rooms. Eventhough you have provate bathrooms they are outside ur room and it is a hassle every-time you use, you have to take the bathroom keys.

  Went here for the first time with some friends tonight. You can't see inside, so you don't know how full it is. We each had to pay 10 CHF to get into the karaoke bar. Upon entering, it was really full—no free table for us to sit at, not even at the bar. We asked a group of people if we could join them at their table, and they said yes. But as we were about to sit down, the blonde waitress told us we couldn’t because the group that invited us had reserved the table. So, we awkwardly stood around in the hallway, in the way of people who wanted to walk through, as there wasn’t any real space to stand either. Other people offered us a place at their table, but we were once again rudely turned away by the waitress. Having had enough, we decided to leave and asked for our entrance fee back. After a few minutes of uncomfortable discussion with the lady at the door, we managed to get our money refunded. Never coming here again. I've lived in Zurich my entire life and visited most of its karaoke bars. This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I read some of the other comments. It seems like, in the past, some people didn’t order drinks and just sang. I understand how frustrating that must be for the staff, but the current entrance fee combined with such rudeness is definitely not the solution.
