3 months agoGoogleWent with the family and the atmosphere was great. Food was pretty good too. We got worried from the review recently but I can confirm the fish and chips is absolutely fine, tar tar sauce could been a bit more potent but otherwise very good. Worth the money :) only not 5 star fish and chips cause I had amazing one in the UK.Iaio
11 months agoGoogleNice cozy pub, with unfortunately below average food. We've been there a few times and it's just what you would expect, cozy, familiar, simple, I like it. Last time, we wanted to try the food and we did try the classic fish and chips as well as a curry. They didn't deliver on either items, the curry was so bland and watery, horrible. The fish and chips were just tasteless and the batter was just proportionally too much. My friend asked me to not complain, hence it went back unnoticed. I'll go back for a good beer, but I'll also make sure to ear somewhere else prior or after.
