  I had a terrible experience here. The food was decent but the service was unacceptable. I was not very hungry so I ordered the papaya salad Appetizer( 17 Fr) with additional beef on the side (8 Fr) as they have “additional beef/ chicken/ tofu/ veggies” as an option on the menu. However the server ( older man speaking very little German or English) suggested that I should order the papaya salad chicken and mango main dish(32 fr). I informed him I don’t really want chicken that evening and was not feeling for a full main dish. He came back with a salad that honestly looked like the size of an Appetizer with beef on the side and no chicken so I happily ate it ( food was decent) But when I pay for the meal I charged me the main dish price plus the added beef. When I asked about the price he said I am not allowed to order an Appetizer with add on ( even though both were listed in their menu) and can only order the main dish ( which he did not explain when we were ordering) and this is the only way to order it When I asked them where is he mango and chicken ( the main difference between the main dish and the Appetizer) he said the “ mango was in the salad” and did not mention what happened to the chicken. Since we were in a big group and in a rush to leave, I paid the bill without further discussion with his manager and I informed him I will not be back due to this unacceptable service. He just shrugged. Will not come to this business again. If an ordering combo is not allowed on your menu, if a guest “MUST” order a main dish, please write it clearly on your menu or train your servers to be able to communicate it. Charging prices of things that were not ordered or served properly is illegal practice.
