  Found a hair in the food and they didn’t even give refund. Then accused us the hair wasn’t there AFTER they took it to the kitchen. Sever acknowledged the hair then Accused us it wasn’t a hair only after it was in the kitchen for minutes, disgraceful really as this was probably directed by the kitchen meaning underlying health issues here. Food was horrible by the way Seriously I would not advise going here we found blatant hair in our sushi and instead of making it right they lied about it. I would guess more than our sushi has hair in it. The food was oily and overpriced, not authentic at all if you’ve ever been to a decent Japanese restaurant. There is a ramen restaurant around the corner with nicer staff that doesn’t seem to have underlying hygiene issues like this place.

  Our family of 4 was in Zurich for 3 nights over new years, and we ate at this restaurant twice! Super friendly service, decent prices, and delicious food. We had sushi, rolls, noodles, tempura and a salad - all fresh and generous portions. Location is off the beaten path - after dinner walk up the hill over the train tracks to get a great view of the city. Highly recommend!!
