  I often go to this cafe for coffee since I live nearby. I had a "coffee card" that this coffee shop gives out, which allows you to get your tenth coffee free. And today, December 16, 2025, just happened to be that wonderful "one coffee free" day. But the saleswoman behind the counter was so disgusting that I simply lost my desire for coffee! There were two of us, I gave her the card and said we were getting two cappuccinos, and we were getting one free. She didn't like this and pretended not to understand for a long time! Then she laughed sarcastically, as if we had come to beg and humiliate ourselves. It was terrible! She asked us ten times how much coffee we wanted, as if she didn't notice that there were two of us. We asked for coffee in disposable cups to take away, but she poured it into restaurant cups. We asked her to pour it into disposable cups, and she did it like a madman! The cups were impossible to pick up because they were stained with coffee! But the most interesting part came at the end. She took our already used card, took a new one to stamp, and practically threw it in our faces! That was too much! No one was rude to her; we came in a good mood. I have a question for the management: Why do you give out these cards to people if you're too stingy to give them a free cup of coffee??? Why do you hire people who need antidepressants? How can you treat customers like that? I refused that card on principle and won't come back for coffee, even though it's really delicious! Although, I'd like to pour it on that woman's head.
