  We have never eaten at a South Indian restaurant, so this was all new. When traveling we always feel like if we can find a spot where the clientele is entirely local we have succeeded. This place definitely fit that description - all local and all of South Indian descent. Wow! Talk about amazing flavors. We had a vegetarian curry with this amazing flaky pancake, lentil donuts (amazing texture and fry on those!) with a chutney and curry to dip in, and briyani with “chicken 65” which were the best nuggets in the whole world. Don’t be intimidated - the staff is kind and attentive and answered all our questions.

  During my visit to swiss, tried vegetable kothu paratha here, it was my first time ever. It was yum, different from regular parathas. It's more like a stuffed paratha broken into pieces. My friends tried meat versions and they liked a lot. That place is cozy and maintained well. A bit pricey, but that's the way everywhere these days. The staff are polite and welcoming.
