  My husband and I visited Zurich on August 1, 2025, Swiss National Day, and stopped by this store to purchase a few items. Unfortunately, our experience was very unpleasant. The Turkish woman kept watching us closely as though we were going to steal, walking back and forth, standing nearby, and staring at us. She repeatedly asked, “Are you not done yet?” while maintaining an unfriendly facial expression. The behavior made us feel singled out and discriminated against, as if her treatment was racially motivated. On a day when other stores were closed early for the holiday, we had no choice but to remain there despite the uncomfortable atmosphere. Her customer service was unprofessional, discriminatory, and unacceptable.
