  The service, the food and wine selection were very good. A tip in my opinion is the pork (Spanferkel) which was very delicious. If you have ever got/ lived in Munich, Germany, then you probably got to know Augustiner Edelstoff beer. In my opinion, the best beer in the world. It fits perfectly to the pork. Also the remaining dishes have to be great. I’m just missing a little bit more of a sea fish selection like halibut, monkfish, ice sea cod, or sea bass. Also, the sitting situation was a little bit too tight and narrow to my opinion. A little bit more privacy would I really appreciate..

  A pleasantly designed yet unassuming room is energized by an obsequious staff. The 6 course tasting menu started off with an opulent array of starters but then oddly slowed down. The space between courses might have been a result of the restairant being understaffed (unforgivable at their prices) yet we were enjoying ourselves so the delays weren't tragic. An impeccable venison and well balanced cheese plate stand out as does the bold choice, for Switzerland, not to include chocolaste on their dessert. I know full well that Switzerland is expensive and was braced for a hearty bill. When my expected $500 turned out to be $1,000 I must simply observe that for that price you can do much better. Pity because it was a lovely evenig. I learned too late that many of the things I thought were included in the $200 p/p chef's menu were additional surcharges.
