  I visited the store today (3 Dec 2025 at around 10.10am) and was served by a young lady who was extremely friendly and professional. Her service was excellent, she was attentive, helpful, and made my experience truly pleasant. She definitely deserves recognition and even an increment for her outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

  Stopped by Läderach at Bellevue today and loved it! I tried the pistachio mini mousse with dark chocolate and it was amazing — rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. The cashier was super friendly and took the time to explain everything. The shop itself is spotless and has so many tempting options. It is definitely on the expensive side, but for a treat it’s worth it.
