5 months agoGoogleThe best surprise I could have found in Zürich! Unassuming, unpretentious - just really amazing food. Starting with the Gin Dudl - sweet and well balanced but still allowing the flavors of the gin to shine. The Gulasch dumplings were HEAVENLY. I could have eaten 12 servings of that dish. This is a must-have on this menu. The Gorgonzola Dumplings were amazing with a beautiful interplay of flavors between the dumplings, cheese, pear, and walnut. The apricot and plum dessert dumplings were equally as delicious as the dinner ones. Clearly there are just no wrong choices on this menu. The owner was pleasant, funny, and conversational - even with my extremely limited German. Highly recommend this restaurant for locals and visitors alike.
