Top quality ingredients: real meat and fresh veggies. Everything is well cooked and assembled: not too greasy, salty, or too much sauce. Sourdough bread is tasty, fresh, and strong for its thickness so kebab does not become too bready. Staff take care to maintain quality but service can back up during peak times resulting in moderate lines (20-30min wait). Will have to try baklava next time
