  The food is nice, simple for lunch. Service is very quick. I go here a couple of times per week. The one issue I find is that the cutlery is never fully clean, the spoons and forks a lot have food residue on them. They don’t seem to be cleaned properly. Need to be washed better, it’s off putting. Everytime I come, it’s the same so continually problem

  The bowls are super healthy and delicious. And the staff is just awesome. I ordered from here from Uber Eats and I messed up the order (selected pickup instead of delivery). I called kaisin 1 hour later, understood the situation, and Ricardo from kaisin was very kind and proactive, and asked a delivery driver that was taking another order to also bring my order and I paid separately. Ricardo, if you're reading this, know you're a great man, keep up the good work! And many many thanks!
