  Very good food, cooked on the spot, so allergy requests are no issue. The people are very friendly, the portions are big (you'll be taking it home :-D) and the prices are great. I'll eat there every time I'm nearby. (Note that it is cash only.)

  A Hidden Gem in Zurich – A Must Visit! Jack’s Place is an absolute must-visit when you’re in Zurich! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the elderly couple who run the place. They’re incredibly humble, hospitable, and genuinely sweet – the kind of people who make you feel instantly at home. The food? Simply delicious – full of flavor, comforting, and clearly made with love. Though the place is small and mostly serves takeaways, we decided to sit down and enjoy our meal as tourists. Best decision ever! As we ate, we started chatting with the owners, and soon it felt like we were talking to family – maybe it was the shared Asian vibe, but the connection was real. We even chatted about treks and travel. It was such a wholesome, heartwarming experience. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a memory. Highly recommended!
