  Wonderful small gelateria in the very heart of Zürich city🥰 A mango sorbet we ordered came within 3 mins even tho the place was full on sunday! Great service , friendly waiters and tasty icecream^^

  We stopped to buy a coffee at Globus on a cold, snowy day. It is not at all clear that there are different concessions with different seating rules. We specifically asked inside whether we could sit in the covered outdoor area, as our one-year-old baby was asleep and bundled for the cold, and were told it was no problem. Once outside, we were abruptly told we could not sit there because our drinks were not bought from “Leonardo.” Apparently there are separate seating areas, something no customer could reasonably know without being told. We were explicitly told by staff that they were “making no money from us” and were then forced to move — out into the snow — despite the fact that the place was completely empty. This was unnecessary, petty, and utterly lacking in basic human compassion. Forcing parents with a sleeping baby to move into freezing conditions over an internal concession issue is frankly disgraceful. I am a regular Globus customer and live locally in Seefeld. After this experience, I will actively avoid this establishment and will strongly advise others to do the same. Shameful treatment of customers.
