  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars I had an absolutely wonderful experience at dieci Gelateria & Take-Away Zürich. The food was excellent — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and everything prepared with real care. The pizza was perfect, with a light and crispy crust, and the gelato… simply outstanding! Creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality products. The service was another highlight: fast, friendly, and very professional. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel confident that you chose the right place. I highly recommend it! I will definitely be coming back.

  1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this Italian restaurant was truly below expectations. Although the place looks nice from the outside, the overall service and food quality were far from acceptable. Food: The dishes lacked authentic Italian flavor. The pasta was overcooked, the sauce tasted artificial, and the portions were surprisingly small for the price. Service: The staff were inattentive and slow. We waited far too long for both our food and basic requests like water or cutlery. Value for money: Definitely not worth what we paid. The quality simply doesn’t justify the high prices. Atmosphere: The restaurant felt chaotic and noisy, and the tables were not properly cleaned before seating us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuine Italian meal.
