  WOW do i love this place. the food is so good, so fresh, and if i lived here i would come here all of the time. i will say, i needed help with something since I don’t speak german, and the girl was really not happy to help me. i thought it was printing out my receipt, but it was for me to sign, and she snatched it out of my hand and aggressively said “NO”. a nice customer ended up helping me instead, and she didn’t even speak english. i recommend the food tenfold and the service next to none. lots of vegan options too!!

  If you’re staying in Zurich, the Coop Supermarkt at Bahnhofbrücke is an absolute lifesaver. We shopped here every single day during our 4-day trip. Honestly, without this place, we wouldn't have survived the Swiss prices! Why It’s a 5-Star Essential The Location: It is perfectly situated right across the bridge from the Hauptbahnhof (HB). Whether you’re getting off a train or heading back to your hotel, it’s impossible to miss and incredibly convenient. Selection & Quality: For a city-center supermarket, the variety is amazing. We bought everything here: fresh fruit, sandwich supplies for our day trips, and plenty of Swiss chocolate to take home. The quality of the "Coop Prix Garantie" line is great if you're trying to keep your budget in check. The "Hot Food" Section: Their rotisserie chickens and warm snacks saved us on nights when we were too tired to sit down at a restaurant. It’s fresh, hot, and much cheaper than dining out. Efficiency: Despite being one of the busiest stores in the city, the staff are like machines. The self-checkout terminals are easy to use and keep the lines moving fast. Traveler Tips Sunday Life: This is one of the few places in Zurich that stays open when almost everything else is closed on Sundays (due to being in the station zone). Drinks: Grab your water and sodas here—it’s a fraction of the price you’ll pay at the small kiosks or vending machines on the platforms. Bottom Line: This isn't just a grocery store; it’s a strategic base for any traveler in Zurich. Reliable, well-stocked, and perfectly located.
