  Only had a single pastry here so far, but wow, it was mind blowing! My American taste buds often seek true novelty and inventive, intriguing flavor combos. 'The Pillow' nailed it - what a mouth feel and flavor explosion! Flaky, light, crispy outside, beautifully crafted + Layered real mashed banana bottom filling and umami-like sweet corn cream top filling with a tiny "cherry-on-top" finish of the corn cream and popcorn to give that little pizzaz. Not too sweet at all, just the right balance of everything - texture, taste and visual delight. Holy moly, hands down the best, most innovative pastry I've had in Zurich area. If you want something truly unique and delicious, a break from the every-day gipfeli, pain au chocolat, and other usual culprits, come here and try 'the Pillow' pastry adventure. If only I had time to take a photo of this pastry journey I was on.
