  Went there for my birthday dinner with family. Had a salad and a steak with some wine. It's okay, friendly staff but nothing special. Here in detail: - The salad was presented nicely but had too much sauce on it which took over the whole taste which led to it only tasting like vinegar. Additionally no bread was served with either my salad or other guests soup. - No feedback on the steak it fulfilled the expectations. - The wine: When ordering we were asked if we wanted the wine before or with the main course. We said with the main but said they can also bring it out before so that it can climate. They didn't and opened a new bottle of wine just before leading to them serving it cold and with not enough air. The wine therefore for the longest time didn't have the taste profile it should. To make up for it the service staff decanted the wind but then forgot to come back and pour it into our glasses. - Positively they were open to change their dishes for lactose intolerant people - Got a special dessert for my birthday which was with lactose vut fairly they noticed and didn't know beforehand. - There were only two people in service and it was the day after valentine's (a busy day) for less than 20 people which should be manageable. But overall it felt like the professionalism of the staff was lacking. In my opinion not what one can expect for paying 500 CHF for three people

  Amazing restaurant and bar experience at Clouds Bar Zürich. I was there for a company New Year celebration, and the staff were very cordial and attentive throughout the evening. The food was exquisite from appetiser to dessert, with great options for vegetarians, vegans, and carnivores alike. There is a broad range of drinks on offer, and the quality is consistently very high across each type.
