  This café has very rude staff. I expect that i may actually look at what i wish to eat and not be told multiple times to sit down and can order from the server, basically saying no need to stand and gloat…a poor old man next to me was given the wrong order, further on to come 2min later with the bill, when he hasn’t even eaten yet…I don’t think it’s appropriate to pay while eating…i think people prefer paying upfront if wished or once finished.

  Convenient location inside Zürich HB. We didn’t notice the sign saying orders should be made at the counter, but the staff was not very friendly when taking our order. The croissant was served cold, and the response to warming it was not helpful. A more welcoming attitude would improve the experience.
