Saturday, 20 December, around 9 p.m. Despite the obvious lack of staff (we had to wait a long time), I ate a sandwich with a friend, leaving our jackets and bags at our table (in the first room up the stairs inside the restaurant, not at the entrance). After placing another order and having to wait an excessive amount of time to pick it up, my jacket was stolen, along with my house keys. After asking the staff for help, their only response was that the restaurant did not have security cameras and that they could not help me in any way, reiterating that it was my fault for leaving my belongings unattended in a restaurant in the centre of Zurich. Great service.

The coldest burger i’ve ever had in burger king. It was disaster, you could separate everything from the burger like the cheese was freezing between patties, not even melted. Even i told them to change it for me they didn’t even listen and telling me no its okay like i don’t know how burgers made. Toilets, atmosphere overall was so disappointing. Its a shame for a city to have RBI office in serving Burger King like this
