  ***Update May 2025 We've been here several times since and it's alsways been perfect. I love their open face sandwiches, especially the one with truffle! *** We had a bit of a miscommunication and our sandwiches ended up being made in a wrong way. I was a bit taken aback by the first response by what I assumed was the owner in insisting that our order was actually right and that it was prosciutto crude when clearly it was cotto but she admitted that she was wrong when we pointed out that there were many more items missing on our sandwiches. It wasn't actually the owner who served us but the cashier (who had her first day that day) so we will go back and try again - the ambiance, concept, and quality of the bread is easily worth five stars!,

  The most amazing Apero place in Zurich! We had the best time and the personnel was really friendly and accommodative. The food quality was above and beyond even for Zurich standards Only improvement point the wine selection could be broader and with a but more refined wines (less unfiltered)
