If you’re craving true barbecue excellence, Brisket at Escher-Wyss Platz is a better choice. BBQ Ribs: Tasty sauce on the side, but honestly, for the price, these were nothing special. You could get similar ribs at Papa Joe’s for much less. 💸 Sides (the stars!): Crisp truffle fries with fresh grated truffle – a rare and delicious treat! 🍟✨ The coleslaw was well done, and the side salad with French dressing was outstanding.
